phpjili Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpjili ("phpjili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phpjili.net. This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with phpjili, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, promotions, and all other services provided through the platform.

By accessing phpjili.net, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phpjili, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the phpjili platform and close your account.

phpjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Access to and use of the phpjili platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. phpjili strictly enforces this requirement and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of phpjili is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use the phpjili platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phpjili or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's exclusion registry.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on phpjili. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a phpjili Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of phpjili and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

To access real-money gaming services on phpjili, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

phpjili reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phpjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify phpjili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• phpjili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified phpjili of a security breach in a timely manner.
• phpjili recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

phpjili reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

phpjili supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phpjili does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through these channels; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which phpjili bears no responsibility.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your phpjili account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally processed instantly for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. phpjili reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

phpjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of this Agreement. In such cases, phpjili will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation to resolve the matter.

All funds deposited into your phpjili account are held in segregated accounts separate from phpjili's operational funds. This segregation ensures that your balance is protected regardless of phpjili's financial position.

phpjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general rules apply to all phpjili bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• phpjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the provision of false information, will be forfeited and the relevant account(s) suspended.
• phpjili's decision on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final and binding.

All games available on the phpjili platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phpjili publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game's information panel. These RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

By participating in any game on phpjili, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by phpjili, the player, or any third party.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. phpjili will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted and the game round has commenced, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, phpjili reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• phpjili's game records and server logs constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of a dispute between a player's device display and phpjili's server records, the server records shall prevail.
• phpjili is not responsible for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other circumstances outside phpjili's direct control.

Specific rules for individual games, including Mines Gold, Boom Legend, Demon Hunter, The Great Icescape, and all other titles available on phpjili, are accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpjili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using phpjili for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime in violation of Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and sports betting markets.
• Cheating and Exploitation: Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated tool to interact with phpjili games or systems in a manner not intended by phpjili.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting phpjili's bonus and promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to phpjili.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to phpjili's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.
• Abusive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phpjili staff or other players through any communication channel.

phpjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gaming on phpjili is intended solely for entertainment purposes. phpjili strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect their personal, financial, or professional life.

phpjili provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phpjili account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phpjili platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content available on the phpjili platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of phpjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

phpjili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phpjili content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phpjili software or game engine.
• Use phpjili's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on phpjili's content or platform.

Any unauthorised use of phpjili's intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpjili's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement, your account, or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpjili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss or damage arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions outside phpjili's direct control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement, including your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with this Agreement.
• Any loss arising from changes to the platform, game offerings, or promotional terms made in accordance with this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit phpjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by phpjili's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phpjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account and using the phpjili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpjili may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or where phpjili has a legitimate interest in doing so to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. phpjili will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

phpjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, phpjili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the phpjili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, your account, or your use of the phpjili platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phpjili's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phpjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine court.
